Our Commitment to Excellence

Our craftsmen go to work once the pieces arrive at our shop. We remove all fabric and strip it down to the frame. Any springs are re-tied and needed repairs are made. The next step is to cut and sew all the new fabric and replace the batting, cotton, Dacron, and foam. Now the piece is almost finished. The last step is the most important, quality control.

Ron Hanak, the owner, personally inspects every piece before it’s delivered. The entire process from start to finish takes around two weeks. We hope you understand that we do care and hope to see you soon.
